Mr. Mushtaq Panirwala brings decades of hands-on experience in structural rehabilitation, steel fabrication, and civil construction, with a career built through direct involvement in complex projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and heritage structures. Having established Techno Repair Construction in 1998, he developed a strong foundation in execution-driven construction, where technical understanding, site discipline, and practical problem-solving became central to every project delivered.
Over the years, his work has spanned structural strengthening, restoration of aging buildings, steel integration within existing frameworks, and execution in dense urban environments where constraints demand both precision and adaptability. His approach has consistently focused on understanding how structures behave in real conditions, not just in drawings, enabling solutions that are both technically sound and practically executable.
