This project involved the vertical expansion of an existing commercial structure, adding six additional floors at the Pepsico Epicentre building in Chembur. The scope included structural fabrication and civil works within an active building environment.
Extending an operational building required precise structural integration without compromising the stability of the existing framework. Managing load distribution, alignment, and execution within a functioning facility added significant complexity.
